SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from our website www.Jewels4MyLocs.com and PayPal.com, one will be from our website confirming your payment and the other will be from PayPal which you can refer to in order to track your package.

When will my order arrive?

Orders processing time is between 2 to 5 business days given the handmade nature of the product.

Once an order is shipped, it can take 2 to 7 business days to arrive (depending on where in the country you are located).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Jewels4MyLocs ships everywhere. Additional shipping fees will apply.

What is the shipping and handling cost?

Our "new" (effective 12/28/2014) standard shipping rate is $2.90 and an addition $.50 - $1.00 for each additional item.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address.

Expedited shipping is unavailable at this time. Customers may contact us for special cases.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us immediately upon receipt and the option of a credit, exchange or a refund will be given.  No returns after 30 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and accompanied by all included packaging.

 

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Website orders cannot be refunded in any of our affiliated salons or beauty supply stores.
